EPIC is pleased to welcome leading women’s imaging expert, Dr. Cindy L. Tortorelli, to our team. Dr. Tortorelli has been a practicing diagnostic radiologist since 1999. She comes to us from the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN where she served as Fellowship Director for the division of Breast Imaging and Intervention and physician liaison for Mayo’s innovative LiveWell program.
Prior to joining the Mayo Clinic, Dr. Tortorelli practiced at Inland Imaging in Spokane, WA and served as Director of the Mammography Radiology Residency Program at Sacred Heart Medical Center. Dr. Tortorelli is widely published and has a particular interest in molecular breast imaging. Throughout her career, her warmth, professionalism and compassion have made her a trusted referral source and favorite with patients. Dr. Tortorelli’s home base will be EPIC’s Hall/Nimbus facility with occasional hours at our other locations.
EPIC Imaging’s Sports Injury and Interventional Pain Clinic has expanded into Beaverton. Dr. Rahul Desai will now being seeing patients at EPIC’s Hall/Nimbus facility in addition to EPIC Gateway. The beautifully remodeled Pain Clinic at Hall/Nimbus will accommodate a wide variety of interventional pain treatments with access to all major imaging modalities.
