Dr. Rahul N. Desai joined the EPIC Imaging family in 2010 to head our Interventional Pain Management Division. Dr. Desai received his undergraduate degree at Ohio State University where he was a full National Merit Scholar and his medical degree at the Medical University of Ohio. He went on to complete his radiology training at the University of Toledo Health Sciences Campus where he also served as Chief Resident.

In 2007, Dr. Desai was accepted into the prestigious Musculoskeletal (MSK) and Spinal Intervention Fellowship Program at Mallinckrodt Institute of Radiology at Washington University in St. Louis. During that time he solidified his love of MSK, sports medicine and pain management while providing these services to the St. Louis area's major league sports teams.
