Pat Hagen has been with EPIC Imaging since 2000. Originally, she served as the supervisor for patient registration services providing problem-solving and support to patients and their families. More recently Pat joined the EPIC Imaging|East customer service team as primary contact person for the chiropractic community and referring physicians in southwest Washington.

Pat's name is well-known among area chiropractors having worked within their profession for over 15 years prior to joining EPIC. Much of her time is now spent disseminating information to physicians and their staff on EPIC services and capabilities. The balance is dedicated to ensuring the EPIC standards of patient care and service are met.
