Our streamlined scheduling procedures save your office staff time by providing a single phone number at each center for all your scheduling needs regardless of modality. For urgent need, our staff will do whatever is necessary to see your patient within 24 hours of your call. In emergencies, we will see your patient immediately. Walk-ins are never turned away though patients should understand it may be necessary for them to wait.

In non-urgent situations, patients are generally seen within 7 days or less.
