Service Overview
EPIC Imaging is privileged to have an expertly trained team of radiologists dedicated to providing our referring community with exceptional service, the highest quality interpretation and a one-stop resource for all your imaging needs. Our referring offices receive rapid report turnaround, urgent scheduling accommodation within 24 hours or less, timely delivery of films and help with procedure authorizations for your staff.
Courier Service
The EPIC Imaging family of centers employs a full-time staff of couriers. These highly dependable members of our staff pride themselves on gaining an intimate knowledge of each of the offices they service. You experience none of the normal delays involved with outside delivery companies and have an individual who knows how your office likes things done.
Each of our couriers is connected at all times by beeper and phone to enable prompt attention to your stat requests. Their primary role is to:
- Deliver films and reports from our facilities to yours
- Collect films from other facilities for comparisons
- Save your office staff time and money
