EPIC accepts virtually all insurance plans, however, it is important to note we may not be preferred providers for all plans. The most notable exception is Providence Health System products. On June 30, 2005, Providence terminated EPIC Imaging’s contracts without cause and redirected physician referrals for their insurance products to Providence owned facilities. EPIC Imaging is pursuing legal action in federal court to prevent Providence from limiting your access to our facility. We are confident we will prevail in this effort and restore your right to select the imaging center of your choice.

Insurance plans change rapidly so we encourage you to call our centers for the most up-to-date information. Please have the information on your insurance card ready when you call. Our billing and insurance personnel are available to assist you with any questions and to determine eligibility. As a low price leader in the community, EPIC Imaging’s out-of-network costs are frequently lower than in-network charges at expensive hospital systems.
