Before You Schedule |
If you are calling to schedule an exam, it is a good idea to choose a day several days before your return doctor's appointment. This ensures your doctor will have your results in hand at your return visit. When you call, our scheduler will ask you: |

Your insurance information. Please have your insurance card ready. |

The name of the doctor who ordered the test. |
| |
The name of your exam. (This is usually checked off on the EPIC Imaging Referral Pad given to you at the doctor's office.) |

The reason for the examination. |

The name and address, if any, of any physician other than your referring |

| The Day of Your Exam |
On the day of your exam, please be sure to follow all the necessary preparations for your procedure. Click on Find Your Exam for details. When you arrive you will need: |

| Walk-Ins |
EPIC routinely accepts walk-in patients for many exams. However, we strongly encourage you to call for an appointment to avoid delays and long, unnecessary waits.
